On many occasions, Clearsite Solutions is asked to help clear and remove fittings from private properties as well as building sites. On this particular project, the team was approached by a customer returning to the firm with an urgent request.
Our Beau Street client’s recent refurbishment was ruined by a leaking roof - spoiling carpets, underlay, plasterboard ceilings and vinyl. It was a horror story for them. However, while the location may have proven an issue in other circumstances, Clearsite Solutions was able to attend and take away all spoiled material via van at short notice.
This project entailed a complete removal of fixtures, fittings and other items for quick drying. If there was any chance of the property returning to normal, a thorough dry-out was top priority. What’s more, a quick removal was necessary so that building inspections could take place - allowing for a completely new renovation.
For this project, Clearsite Solutions professionals used rubble bags and scaffolding, with goods hoists to carefully dispose of heavy-duty fittings. This led us to set up quick disposal for all recyclable and removable items.
We’re thrilled to have been able to get the Beau Street rescue up and away. In addition to our clearing, the team willingly cleaned up the kitchen and staircase - leaving no trace of works or disposal behind.
