Glentham Lifesciences is a brand that Clearsite Solutions has worked with in the past - on this occasion, the trusted chemical supplier approached us to undertake a soft strip of one of their warehouse units.
Warehouses are not only large by design, they often play host to tricky fittings and materials to remove and clear. For this project, Clearsite Solutions needed to remove vinyl flooring, carpeting, plasterboard stud wall fittings and even ceilings. It was a complete strip-out - including a challenging steel mezzanine floor!
Clearsite Solutions is exceptionally proud of this project. Glentham Lifesciences needed to strip out their old warehouse for repurposing, which of course meant that other service people and trades were on call after our team. Therefore, this project required clear communication, clear points of action, and safe, efficient removal.

Clearsite Solutions is back working with Glentham Lifesciences again soon, getting on board phase two of removal. This next project will entail removing concrete blocks and roofing via the blast rooms behind the warehouse itself.
