The Forest School is a popular secondary school and sixth form based in Winnersh, Reading. Amid an asbestos removal, the school struggled to find reliable contractors to help them clear out old fittings and fixtures. Time was running short - and Clearsite Solutions’ team of experts were approached to help lend a hand.
While on paper, Forest School’s project was fairly straightforward, it became a complex procedure through no fault of their own. Clearsite Solutions was approached to remove flooring, vinyl, carpets, doors, frames, piping and radiators. However, the school also need to move hefty furniture and fittings out of the way - with little time to spare!
Clearsite Solutions’ professionals got to work in removing and, where appropriate, disposing of the furniture that stood in the way. These were either disposed of via local refuse site, via skip, or kept on hand for the new refit.
We’re exceptionally proud of the results of this project - as is Forest School! While the complexity of the removal led us to add a handful of time to the project, we were able to carefully and swiftly remove all parts and pieces within the client’s budget. This helped them to focus on the next stage of the refit.
