Completely stripping Hollister of its loose leftover items & out of its shopping centre location, our team started stripping the entire shop floor and storeroom - but there was a snag. Our main skip wasn't readily accessible from the shop site, meaning we'd need to find a way to carefully move our refuse across a long distance.
This required some creative thinking. Hiring extra crew and a fleet of 1,100tr wheelie bins, this clearout was a resounding success within three days of our client’s expected timeframe.
In a busy shopping centre location, we worked carefully around the public and other retailers - removing every last inch of debris on our departure.
The client was delighted with our creative approach to this potentially complex project. We applied no extra costs for labour and tools needed beyond our client's control and worked with both the centre’s landlords and our client’s management to ensure we kept to the expected schedules.
The key to this project’s success was ensuring our team was always aware of ‘what to do next’. That meant intensive timetabling and careful management - and as a result, Hollister’s cleaned up, cleared out, and there were no headaches to speak of!
