Clearsite Solutions successfully delivered a fast-track demolition and decommissioning programme at Porsche Bristol. The works were mobilised, executed, and completed within just two weeks, minimising disruption to ongoing site operations.
The scope included structural demolition, with the careful dismantling of a designated internal blockwork wall and the removal of a full-size roller shutter. These works were carried out with precision to avoid damage to adjacent finishes and retained structures.
Electrical decommissioning formed another critical element of the project. Our team isolated and stripped out all power circuits back to the main distribution board, following strict lock-off and safety procedures in full compliance with regulations.
External plant and outbuildings were also decommissioned and removed. This included multiple air compressor units, which were safely disconnected, dismantled, and transported for disposal in line with environmental standards.
Waste management was carefully handled throughout. All materials were segregated at source, with recycling prioritised and compliant disposal methods applied to minimise environmental impact.
Health and safety remained central to delivery. The work zones were fully segregated from operational areas, ensuring zero disruption to Porsche’s day-to-day activities. All tasks were executed under approved risk assessments and method statements.
The project was completed ahead of programme, with no incidents recorded. The site was handed back in a clean, safe, and operationally ready condition — demonstrating Clearsite Solutions’ ability to deliver under strict time constraints.
