Tasked with stripping out Unit 10 at Swindon's Euroway industrial park, the Clearsite team knew this would be a full docket. However, we live for big challenges!
This strip-out involved removing glass partitions, sinks, toilets, plasterboard ceilings and partitions, wallpapering, and electric heaters. But that's not all - we were also removing a heavy-duty staircase alongside a section of a mezzanine floor and any furniture left behind.
Thankfully, this job proved to be business as usual for the Clearsite experts. The mezzanine floor provided the biggest challenge as it was built from hefty floorboards and steels. Therefore, we needed the help of some mobile powered access & a Genie lift.
This was a potentially hazardous job, so health and safety were number one and two on our agenda. We took our time to carefully remove the steels via telehandler before recycling it via skip.
We partnered with a very valued client on this project, and they're immensely pleased with our work. They especially remarked on our safe, efficient practice and our dependability even during potentially hazardous scenarios. We'll be working together again.
